Meenakshi Sudhakaran

Postdoctoral Associate

I am originally from "the land of coconuts" - Kerala, India. I received my B.Tech in Biotechnology from the University of Kerala, and  M.Tech from Vellore Institute of Technology, India. I pursued my Ph.D. At the Michigan State University, where my studies focused on understanding the role of RNA binding protein hnRNPA2 in cancer and macrophage function. I am deeply passionate about unravelling the complexities of cancer. I am interested in understanding the role immune cells, especially macrophages, in cancer immunotherapy. Outside of lab, I enjoy reading, hiking and exploring new places.
